A new type of can beverage production line equipment has been developed to automate the unloading of three cans, two aluminum cans, and glass bottles. This advanced equipment replaces the manual process of arranging the cans (bottles), significantly increasing productivity.
The working principle of this can beverage production line is straightforward yet efficient. Empty cans are first transported to the conveyor belt via a left turntable. The magnetic guide on the bottom of the tape ensures that the cans are firmly attached. As the tape moves, the cans gradually move under the tape and assume an upside-down position. At this point, a spray of pressurized water from the冲洗 pipe enters the cans, thoroughly cleaning them. The cans then enter the drying section where sterile compressed air is injected to remove any residual moisture.

The can filling section of this beverage filling line uses the principle of gravity filling and is equipped with a mechanical valve for fast filling speed and high liquid level accuracy. It also has a complete flushing function. The filling valve is equipped with a guide device and a bottle bottom lifting device to ensure the accurate sealing of the bottle mouth and the filling valve, reducing the leakage of raw materials from the can mouth.
The sealing section seals the filled cans and transports them to the next process by the conveyor chain. The sealing curve is precisely machined by optical curve grinding to ensure the sealing quality and the normal operation of the machine.
This advanced can beverage equipment comes with a control system for the absence of lids under the cans to ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce the rate of lid damage. Manually place the aluminum lids in the chute, and they will be pushed down by the pusher. A detection switch is installed in the chute to ensure that the machine stops working when the lids are missing. With the ability to adjust manually according to the height of the cans, it meets various filling requirements. The gear drive ensures low noise, long service life, and easy maintenance, while the variable frequency speed regulation of the main motor allows for stepless speed adjustment.
