1、 When the tape is stuck in the middle of the roller or there is a foreign object blocking it and unable to be removed, the handling method is as follows:
a. Remove the washer from the hexagonal nut.
b. Loosen the two M5 countersunk screws on the middle connecting shaft. As these two screws are fixed in the gap of the connecting shaft, they must be turned up slightly.
c. Remove the connecting shaft, pick up the upper turbine, and remove the stuck object.
d. Assemble and restore according to the above c-b-a method.
e. Pay attention to maintaining a gap of 0.3-0.5mm between the nut and the L-shaped curved plate
2、 The automatic packaging machine does not automatically take out the tape. In this situation, first check if the “length adjustment of the tape” is at “0″, and then check if the threading process is correct. If it is not possible, foreign objects may get stuck near the feeding roller, which can also cause this situation.
3、 There are many situations where the strap is not cut after being tied tightly, which can cause this situation:
a. The elasticity adjustment is too tight
b. Slippery blades or belts with oil are located near the adjustment of elasticity and must be removed to wipe off the oil.
c. If the belt is too tight, lower the belt drive seat or the motor.
d. Use thinner straps or the gap between the unwinding rollers is too large.
