1. Daily maintenance of belt conveyor
The belt conveyor conveys materials through frictional transmission, and it should be used correctly for routine maintenance during operation. The contents of daily maintenance work are as follows:
1. Check the belt conveyor before starting
Check the tightness of all bolts of the belt conveyor, adjust the tightness of the tape, and the tightness depends on whether the tape slips on the roller.
2. Belt conveyor conveyor belt
(1) After a period of use, the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor will loosen, and the tightening screws or counterweight should be adjusted.
(2) The heart of the belt conveyor belt is exposed and should be repaired in time.
(3) When the core of the belt conveyor belt is corroded, cracked or corroded, the damaged part should be scrapped.
(4) Be sure to check whether the conveyor belt joint of the belt conveyor is abnormal.
(5) Check whether the upper and lower rubber surfaces of the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor are worn and whether there is friction on the tape.
(6) When the belt conveyor belt is seriously damaged and needs to be replaced, it is usually possible to lay a longer conveyor belt by dragging the new tape with the old tape.

3. The brake of the belt conveyor
(1) The belt conveyor brake is easily contaminated by oil on the drive device. In order not to affect the braking effect of the belt conveyor, the oil near the brake should be cleaned in time.
(2) When the belt conveyor brake wheel is broken and the thickness of the brake wheel rim wear reaches 40% of the original thickness, it should be scrapped.
4. The idler of the belt conveyor
(1) Cracks appear in the welding seam of the idler of the belt conveyor, which should be repaired in time, and can only be used after passing the test;
(2) The encapsulation layer of the idler roller of the belt conveyor is aging and cracked, and should be replaced in time.
(3) Use No. 1 or No. 2 calcium-sodium salt-based lubricating rolling bearing grease. For example, if three shifts are produced in a row, they are replaced every three months, and the period can be extended or shortened as appropriate.
