SERANG, iNews.id — On Tuesday (November 15, 2022), a civilian worker at a lightweight brick factory in Serang Regency, Banten Province, was crushed to death by a conveyor belt. When he was evacuated, his body was incomplete.
        The victim, Adang Suryana, was a temporary worker at a light brick factory owned by PT Rexcon Indonesia. The victim’s family immediately cried hysterically upon learning of the incident until he passed out.
       A witness at the scene, Wawan, said that when the accident occurred, the victim was a heavy equipment operator for a forklift, and he was clearing plastic waste stuck in the car.
